Why Lumipact exists
Most companies have no real control over their contracts. They forget about them. Some are paper, some are scanned PDFs in someone’s email, some were signed by a person who left the company two years ago. Nobody knows what’s about to auto-renew until the invoice arrives.
Everyone knows this from their personal lives — the gym membership that quietly renewed, the streaming service nobody watches anymore. In a business, the same dynamic plays out at 100x the cost. A 40-person company can easily have $200,000 in active vendor contracts and no single source of truth for what they all are.
I built Lumipact after seeing this same pattern in small business after small business: contracts signed in good faith, then forgotten until the renewal deadline passes and the payment surprise hits.

What Lumipact is
Lumipact is intentionally narrow. It gives ops, finance, and founders one clear view of every contract the company has signed and what’s coming next.
No legal theater. Just visibility and control.
It is not a contract drafting tool. It is not an e-signature platform. It is not a CLM with workflow trees and approval matrices. It is the place contracts live after they’re signed — searchable, with renewal alerts that fire before the notice window closes, and a spend dashboard that answers “what do we owe our vendors next quarter?” without a spreadsheet scramble.
Who it’s for
Founders, finance leads, office managers, and ops leaders at companies between roughly 30 and 100 people who need contract control without enterprise overhead.
If you have a dedicated legal team and an enterprise CLM in place, Lumipact is not for you. We don’t try to compete in that market and you wouldn’t want us to — the features that win enterprise legal deals are exactly the bloat that makes contract management feel impossible at SMB scale.
If you’re the person who inherited a folder of PDFs, a spreadsheet that’s six months out of date, and a vague sense that the company is paying for things it shouldn’t be — that’s who Lumipact is built for.
How we work
Lumipact is founder-led and small. We move fast, ship directly to customers, and don’t have a long roadmap of enterprise features waiting in the wings. The product stays narrow on purpose.
We’re hosted in the EU, GDPR-native by default, and don’t sell or share customer data. Security and privacy aren’t compliance theater — they’re how we’d want our own company’s contracts handled.
